Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: June 1, 2025

1. Usage-Based Billing

JustBuild operates on a pay-as-you-go model. You are billed based on the compute time consumed by your GitLab CI/CD jobs, according to the plan selected at the time of usage.

2. Refund Eligibility

Since billing is based on actual usage, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may issue a partial or full refund in the following cases:

• Incorrect or duplicate charges
• Service unavailability or downtime caused by JustBuild's infrastructure
• Technical issues that prevent successful job execution

3. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of the issue at [email protected]. Be sure to include:

• Your account email address
• Job ID(s) or timestamps related to the issue
• A description of the problem you experienced

4. Cancellation

We currently do not offer an in-dashboard cancellation feature. To cancel your usage or account, please contact us at [email protected]. We will process your request within 48 hours.

5. Discretionary Refunds

All refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of JustBuild. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.
